Studios are fitted with a range of external dynamics chains, FX processors and Plug-ins (e.g. Massenburg EQ and Trillium Lane Reverb). Apogee ADAC s are also available for use in a mastering chain. Surround monitoring is provided by M&K and Blue Sky. Nearfield monitoring is provided by KRK and Blue Sky Satellite. A Dolby SEU-4/SDU-4 is installed so that Dolby Surround LCRS mixes can be monitored and recorded in the correct cinematic context. In addition to these studio areas the department also has access to Stage 3 - for large scale DVDV projects.
