Production Management
The process of recording an actor starts a long time before anyone walks into the studio...Our in-house production offices handle all communication with the client, bidding, contract administration, and production scheduling. We like to call this "ONE STOP SHOPPING".
By centralising these skills in house, we can maximise the use of our shared professional experience, rationalise the use of materials, reduce shipping costs and produce a consistently high quality throughout the production process. Each production is assigned a dedicated production manager to handle the project from the very beginning - so that there is always one point of contact.
Our speciality is production management of multi-lingual productions, with a dedicated production manager responsible for the entire project and local coordinators in the studio for each country involved in the project.
We hope to give the best possible support to our client, and ensure that all goes smoothly with the production process while the project is at Sun Studio.
